Good Shepherd was awarded a grant to complete the first phase of Lakeside Reserve, located in Wilmington, which provides permanent supportive housing apartments for seniors, veterans and persons with disabilities. This community provides residents with a full-time, on-site case management and common space for group activities such as tenant council, financial literacy and other workshops to ensure that residents maximize their stability and independence.
