Pearce House

SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to build Pearce House, by providing a zero percent interest construction loan for the project. Pearce House, which opened in 2017, is a permanent supportive housing complex developed by Housing and Economic Opportunities (HEO), Inc. to benefit individuals with disabilities in Wilmington, North Carolina. Support and in-home care services for residents are provided through HEO’s partnerships with the community, including Elderhaus Inc.
