M.E. Roberts II Transitional Living Facility - New Hanover County

SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to construct the Marvin E. Roberts II Transitional Living Facility by providing a zero percent construction loan for the project. This facility provides a state-of-the-art therapeutic environment including educational, health and rehabilitation services to individuals recently released from the correctional system in order to break the cycle of dependence and incarceration and return them as productive members of our community.
Housing 20 men and 20 women, the M.E. Roberts II Transitional Living Facility provides transitional housing, job training, support for educational attainment, substance abuse treatment, as well as health and medical services.
