Rowan Way Group Home - Mecklenburg County

SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to support the construction of the Rowan Way Group Home by providing a zero percent construction loan for the project. This licensed group home is able to provide permanent housing for six persons with traumatic brain injury or developmental disabilities. Autism Services of Mecklenburg County offers supportive services to tenants including case management, personal care, meals transportation, life skills, educational opportunities and job training. The home is located in a residential neighborhood in northwest Charlotte.
