SECU Foundation partnered with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) to support the construction of Russell Jackson Village by providing a zero percent interest construction loan for the project. Funding allowed the Rocky Mount Housing Authority and Southern-Eastern NC Community Development Corp to build 12 affordable housing apartments for low-income families and people on disability income in Rocky Mount.
