SECU Foundation awarded Scotland Family Counseling Center (SFCC) a $40,000 Mission Development Grant to help enhance internal and external communications and extend the non-profit’s reach within Scotland County and neighboring communities. SFCC is an outreach ministry that has provided mental health and wellness programs to individuals and families in crisis since 2007.
