SECU Foundation partnered with Dare County School and Dare Education Foundation to replicate Run Hill Ridge and Hertford Pointe with an interest free loan. This twelve-unit apartment building located in Buxton is helping Dare County Schools to recruit and retain high-quality teachers in a remote location that has high cost and low availability of housing.
